At Chirp™, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your new look isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Relax

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
